I'm a native Nevadan who grew up watching one of Las Vegas's most successful realtors build a business door by door.
Before real estate became my primary work, I spent nearly 20 years in tax and corporate law. At IBM, I closed $5MM+ deals around the world and served on the Worldwide Executive Review Board. Later, I helped take Las Vegas technology company Switch public — the ride of a lifetime.
Real estate is my focus now. I no longer practice law. But the training is present in every analysis, every negotiation, and every contract. I teach negotiation and contract drafting from an in-house counsel perspective: protect the client, build bridges, and keep the long view.
